4/4/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved (AM) Upon arrival to the Spring Break Camp Setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. The client controlled impulsive behavior and stayed in his assigned resource area. During afternoon observations, the client was observed observations, the client was observed the client exhibited difficulty with staying in his seat and assigned lunch area while in the cafeteria. He refused to stay in his classroom, ran through the halls, and communicated with authority in an inappropriate manner. QMHP-C will contiuue to work with client on being able to make sure he is reaching is ISP goals on a daily basis by reviewing them with client on a daily basis at the beginning of the morning and at the end of the day.
